MFMC signs with Conduit House to Operate and Manage Hotel Properties in Hankede
MFMC announced their partnership with Conduit House to operate and manage a number of hotel properties in Hankede, marking a significant step in enhancing the hospitality sector in the southernmost atoll of the Maldives.
The agreement, signed by Mr. Ahmed Nazim, Managing Director of MFMC, and Grant Johnathan Healy, CEO of Conduit House, involves the management of 335 keys across various hotel types, including Grand Hotels, Deluxe Hotels, and Boutique Hotels.
Conduit House aims to expand their presence in global hospitality markets and elevate the tourism experience in the Hankede Integrated Tourism Zone through exceptional services and world-class operations.
This collaboration is expected to boost the local economy by attracting more tourists and generating job opportunities within the community, thereby enhancing regional integration. This will also contribute to the government’s initivative of increasing bed capacity in Addu Atoll and diversification of the tourism sector in the Maldives.
